Amazon Shopping Hits & Misses
Amazon has been hitting me hard lately with ads for Spring inspired clothes. I finally took the plunge and hit Purchase Now on some items that I’ve been putting in my basket and then ultimately moving to “save for later.” Here are a few of the items that I purchased:
The first was a blue and white striped shorts romper. I love the look and I really loved the price, but ultimately I decided to return it because the fabric was just a little too heavy for me. If I lived in a climate that had more mild summers, I would have been inclined to keep it. But alas, it went back.
The second item was another shorts romper, but in a solid blue with a belted waist. This one was SUPER flattering. The bottom isn’t super fitted, but it is decently high waisted and gives a nice slimming effect. I really liked this one. I paired it alone with a simple pair of white Steve Madden sandals and then again with a striped blue J.Crew blazer, rose gold shoes and matching bag and necklace. This is a keep! It is so vertatile and so incredible comfortable and the price! Gah! Amazon kills me with deals!
Last was this plaid tank. It comes in 4 shades, I chose black (because blue was out of stock in small) but I’m glad I did because I think the black was very versatile. I first paired it with white jeans and white sandals, then dressed it up with some black slacks, and dressed it down again with regular dark wash jeans and some red accessories. This is another item that I kept. Such a home run with how many ways this tank can be styled! Now I’m tempted to go back and try more of Amazons crazy good clothing deals! :D
