Every February Bay Area natives get a week off, loving called ski week.

Sea to Sky Suspension Bridge in Squamish, British Columbia

Last year, we spent ski week in Paris, Monaco and the South of France. This year however, we decided to do as the week is described and spend it in the snow.

Bright and early we flew from the Bay Area into Vancouver, aka Mike’s second love of his life. <3 The flight from the Bay is relatively short, just around 2 hours. Very easy! Then we drove from Van all the way up to Whistler. But not without first making a short stop in Squamish to enjoy the Sea to Sky gondola and trails.
